Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve new revenue objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share.
- Target accounts include, but are not limited to: hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, banks, funeral homes, etc.
- Perform all phases of sales activities for assigned territory, including cold calls, follow up calls, analysis of client needs, presentations of services, service existing customer accounts and follow-up as necessary.
- Establish a networking plan and actively uses it as a working tool, which is revisited as requested.
- Track all activity in a CRM system.
- Participate in all scheduled regular meetings.
- Monitor competitor activity and trends within the territory.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, certifications, and training documentation.
- Ensure that all staff members meet required certifications and training for non-medical home care services.
- Maintain accurate records of employee certifications, background checks, and health screenings.
- Assist in managing payroll processing for caregiving staff.
- Handle employee benefit inquiries and provide support in benefits enrollment and updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for caregivers, addressing concerns, providing assistance, and maintaining strong employee relations.
- Maintain regular communication with team members, clients, and their families to ensure satisfaction with care services.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.
- Assist with office supplies, scheduling, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Work closely with scheduling coordinators to ensure the right caregivers are matched with clients based on individual needs and preferences and managing scheduling and staffing issues; rotating on call after hours, beginning at 4:00 pm on Fridays until 9:00am on Mondays.
Job Requirements:
- Must be genuinely interested in helping people and compassionate
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field knowledge equivalent to BS in Marketing/Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home care services is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure effectively.
